What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept high-resolution PDF, JPEG, PNG, and AI files. For the best results, please ensure your design is at least 300 DPI and uses the CMYK color mode.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Can I request a physical proof before my full order is printed?
Yes, we offer physical sample proofs for a small fee. Alternatively, we provide free digital PDF proofs for every order to ensure your layout is perfect.
What is your return policy for custom printed items?
Since custom products are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for large volume orders. The discount is automatically applied at checkout based on the quantity in your cart.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes can only be made if your order has not yet entered the production phase. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update your artwork or shipping details.
